OCCUPANCY RIGHTS & OTHER CONDITIONS

• Each unit comfortably fits 4-6 adults/children, and is strictly limited to such number of occupants. Renter should contact the SHV`s management for additional mattress/es and beddings if needed; all charges will be for its sole account.
• Unit dwellers, including their guests, will enjoy free use of Swimming Pool and Gym.
• Name of all occupants/guests must be properly registered with the SHV`s Front Desk prior to entry.
• The Monthly Rate is exclusive of utility bills such as water, electricity and cable tv, and the monthly maintenance dues. The Deposit will be applied for the payment of any arrear in utility bills and maintenance dues.
• A Non-refundable 10% Reservation Fee (based on the term of the contract) should be paid within 24 hours upon confirmation of reservation. Payment may be deposited in the Unit Owner`s designated bank account or sent via Western Union or other money-sending services. Full payment of the remaining balance and issuance of PDCs (for a term longer than 1 Month) upon check-in.
• Check-in time: 1:00 PM; check-out: 12:00 NOON.
